To cover the cost of materials that go into making a screen for a custom job, there is a one-time setup charge of $15 per color in design; there is also an additional +$0.75 per piece, per color to cover printing production.

Minus the initial screen setup per ink color, this breaks down to:
$8.50/ea for a one-ink-color design at 24 pieces per design;
$8.25/ea for a one-ink-color design at 48 pieces per design;
$8.00/ea for a one-ink-color design at 72 pieces per design; and,
$6.75/ea for a one-ink-color design at 144 pieces per design.

Turnaround time on custom screen printing for dog tees: 12-15 business days (plus transit).

If size-XXS is included in your order, maximum printable area is 5.5″ w x 5.5″ h; if size-XXS is not included in your order, maximum printable area is 5.5″ w x 8″ h.
