You guys have a whole lot of things for me to read in these FAQs, what if I don't want to read all this stuff?
If this is the case, we recommend not reading them. Doing things that you don't want to do is a drag. Besides, we're really friendly. Just email us any questions and we'll make sure you're all set.

What kind of file should I send you?
Illustrator layered files in the highest resolution possible. Of course we'll take whatever you have, we just prefer the Adobe Family. In general, always send the highest resolution image files and send the image at a size as close to the actual print size that you want as possible. For example, if you send a copy of your logo that is 3" all and you want it printed 9" tall, we will have to blow this image up 300%, which, as you know if you've ever "zoomed in" on an image, usually makes the image become quite pixelated. In general, the better the quality of your image, the better the quality of the print. If you are unsure about the image that you have, or if you have a low resolution image that you would like to use, send it on over to us so we can have a look and let you know what your options are. We have some great graphic designers who may be able to make good of a bad image.

What colors of ink do you have?
We have, or can make, just about any color you can imagine. We always try to match the colors of your image as well as possible, but keep in mind that screen calibrations vary from computer to computer, and these inks are mixed by hand, so if you need your colors to be very specific, please let us know this when sending the image. If you do need a specific color, please send us the pantone number of the color you would like to use and we will have it made for you (typically about $15 per color, depending on amount needed)

Why don't you guys post a big pricing grid or a fancy gadget that lets me select some basic options and then tells me how much my shirts will cost?
The short answer is: because we don't like over-charging people. Every job is different and we try to price accordingly. Let's say you would like a shirt with nothing but your name printed very small on the chest in just one color. Now lets say Mr. FancyPants wants the same kind of shirt with his own personal Mona Lisa printed in one color from the neck to the bottom of the shirt's hem. Keep in mind, you are both using the same garment and both have just one color/one location. Unfortunately, Mr. Fancypants' shirt will take at least twice as long to set up for printing and will use at least 50x more ink per shirt than your shirt uses. Should you pay the same price? Nope. There are many factors that go the cost and time needed to complete a project, so we price each job indiviually to make sure we give every customer the best price possible. Just call or email us and we'll put together the best possible price for your job.

I want American Apparel unisex fine jersey short sleeve V-neck in cranberry. Do you stock that?
No. But we'll order it for you; just give us a few days to get it in the shop. We can order virtually any brand, style, and color for your garment. We'll send you an invoice via PayPal. And no, you don't need a PayPal account to do business with us; they allow single transactions without logging in. Please be aware that we assess a 3% surcharge of the overall invoice for paying by credit card..

How fast will my order ship?
Super fast. We pride ourselves on it. We'll give you an estimate the day you submit your order. If you have an upcoming event and time is of the essence, we can make arrangements. We're work-a-holics but enjoy the planner in you so try to call in advance. If you're in the city, you can stop by our secret office to pick up the goods..

How much is shipping?
Depends on how much you order and the weight. We never mark up shipping like some of those shady eBay sellers. Items go out FedEx unless otherwise requested..

You guys seem totally cool, can I come hang out with you sometime?
Sure! Although, we are all fairly agoraphobic. This explains why we spend our time in front of computers, printing devices, button presses and CD duplicators. But if you wanna come sit around and talk about things like the virtues and limitations of using 4-color process printing or engage in a lively discussion about why Mac is better than PC or why those dye based inks always cause so much dot-gain in fine halftones, then head on over! (If you're picking up taco bell on your way over, we like our stuff with beans instead of meat, please; we got the silverware so save the planet and don't get plastic sporks)..
