We're buttons too! (And yoga pants, tote bags, and hoodies. Actually, if you can wear it we can probably print on it.) But lets talk buttons...
We use a 1.25" die. This is just a bit bigger than the buttons plastered all over that hipster kids' vest or that emo kids' bookbag. Oh, and they'll stand out against the ocean of 1" circles too. Best part about the one-point-two-fivers is the secure pinback. These have a hook to hold those suckers in place which means your button will hang on long after the others have fallen.
